The Coach Program recruits, trains and supervises college students in the classrooms of high schools as they help 11th and 12th graders make informed decisions about their future. Undergraduate and graduate student "Coaches" provide individual support to all students as they think about their goals for the future, develop plans to meet these goals, and work through the logistics to make these plans happen. This "student-to-student" model helps to bridge the information gap while, at the same time, making post-secondary education a reality.
